Our Design & Development Process
We never use premade templates. Some other companies buy a template for $69 and place a logo and other information within the pre-existing framework of the template. You’ve viewed those websites. There are large spaces where there shouldn’t be. The website does not have harmony of space.
All our websites are developed from scratch. We perform a needs assessment interview to determine the goals of the website and needs of the business. We then hand craft every website to reflect the precise requirements of each client.
Content Management System
Our Websites come with a Content Management System (CMS). The CMS is easy to use. Clients are not required to purchase special software and technical knowledge is not needed. The CMS will allow you to make text and photo changes yourself. We provide a detailed user manual, along with unlimited no cost support from 9am-9pm Monday – Friday and Noon-9pm on Weekends (Central Standard Time).
Website Hosting
We have a dedicated server with banks and credit unions using our hosting. We adhere to the strictest federal requirements for hosting financial institution websites. These same high standards apply to all our clients. They include website security, redundancy, back-up systems and virus protection. The server is configured with the most up to date software to insure quick load times. Our clients have access to a stat tracker program that shows detailed information about their website traffic. Email addresses are supplied that are tied to your domain name with no use limits. Our email service will work on your cell phone, computer with an email system, and also webmail.
What is a Dedicated Server
Over 20 years ago we made the commitment to provide a dedicated server for our clients. A dedicated server means that ONLY our clients’ websites are on the server. We know every business we provide service for. Why is this important? By just having our clients’ sites hosted, we are not at risk of our server’s IP address being associated with a non-reputable website or email address that may be spreading malware or spam emails. When this happens, every website associated with that IP address is blacklisted. A dedicated server is very costly, but, we determined it was needed to provide our clients with a high level of service.
